We had a very positive experience with our restain. They were very responsive and patient when I had any questions or concerns. They scheduled within a week of signing on and arrived right within their scheduled timing. Their quote was competitively priced (we got a few). I was a bit hesitant to pay anything upfront, as I don't typically do that and it didn't appear they were BBB rated, but it didn't end up being a big deal and I appreciated their soft wash approach.
From the first time that I spoke with Jeremy until the moment the crew finished the job, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and efficiency of this company. The crews arrived on time, communicated with me all along the process, were especially attentive to protecting my landscaping and furniture from overspray, worked efficiently and paid attention to every detail. l would recommend Fence Defense Stain and Seal wholeheartedly!
