We had our vinyl fence put in and thought it looked great. Less than a year later the fence slats were blown out. We called to have someone come out and take a look. He told us yes we could fix it for a specific price we believed was reasonable. He also looked around the entire fencing and stated that they did not do everything correctly (such as gaps in certain areas along the posts and between the fence and house) and that they would include fixing that as well. We replaced our cedar wood fence with an aluminum fence. Very happy with the whole process when working with FDD. Sales rep Dave was super nice, answered all our questions and made sure he had all the details of the project right. Alisha kept us informed and followed up to make sure everything went well. The installation guys were fast. All done in one day and done right. It’s a great looking fence!
