Excellent service, staff are very helpful and friendly. The clinician took time with my dog and tried to relax him as best as possible. Checked him over very thoroughly without causing him him undue upset. Checked his medical records. Chat about the issues, symptoms and treatments. Dispatched his treatment effectively and efficiently. I need to return in 4 weeks for a check-up and booster which was booked for me then and there without any issue. Took our family cat to Fenaghy today, he had an abscess on his paw. Firstly came in and the poor cat had became incontinent in the car with nerves, one of the nurses came in and took his pet carrier and cleaned it while another nurse helped hold the cat while he was being assessed. The whole time both the vet and nurse petted Ben and showed so much compassion towards him! They couldn’t have been any more gentle and kind. Thankyou all!
A Great job with my wee miniature dauchshauds dental care at Fenaghy vets. Alice welcomed him this morning and took care of him along with the team and Vetinary doctor. A big thank you for making his teeth look so clean and healthy 🤩
Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Great vets and very reassuring with both pets and their owners. Good parking and easy access to the building. Would definitely recommend this veterinary practice in Ballymena
