Bit hard to get in touch with at first via phone, but email worked. First round of frozen i got ok but when I needed the second round they did not have a shipping container so could not send it on time. Left me scrambling for alternative solution to breeding to the stud I paid a lot of money to breed to. A little more information or advice from them in the beginning of the process would have helped a lot but was not forthcoming.
