Very Disappointing Experience at Petland Seton This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a pet store. About a week ago, I purchased two birds and a cage from the Seton location. I was told there was a one-month warranty, but when I opened the cage at home, I discovered a crack in the plastic top section. When I returned to the store expecting a replacement, I was told that the warranty only applied to the birds and not the cage. No one explained this at the time of purchase. Highly recommend this clinic! We are new to the city and this is the second clinic we’ve tried here, but we are definitely staying. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Cody is absolutely amazing!
