Very friendly dentist and staff. I arrived early but was seen promptly and answered all my questions in a kind and friendly manner. Top class. Very helpful and understanding dentist.
Lost a filling to a toffee...called to see when they could help...made an appointment for two days later...absolutely awesome...so grateful and their care is wonderful. So friendly too. We feel blessed to have a dentist at all, but to end up with Fen House, we are totally thankful.
Had an appointment on Thursday 9am for a Check up, I needed a filling so when I got to reception to make my appointment they said I could have it done in the next half hour to my surprise which I accepted. Very pleased with my treatment and very pleased they had a cancellation.
Popped in yesterday to hopefully book an emergency appointment as an old filling had just fallen out.. Everybody was so helpful, the receptionist checked with the Dentist and she agreed to replace my filling straight away.. Fantastic service.. many thanks to you all
