The desk clerk was very nice but she was unable to schedule new patient appointments. I have waited at least 2 weeks since my first call and still haven't been able to schedule a new patient appointment. They called me back once when I was unable to answer (and it was an unknown number to me) and I have called back several times without response. No call back again after 6 days and counting. I came to FEM center for my first pap smear and my experience was fantastic. NP Launi explained each step of the process with great detail and care, I really appreciate her effort to make it a very relaxed first experience!

Excellent care from every provider I have seen here. Yes, they have supplements, but they have worked for me and are higher quality than I was taking before or can find elsewhere. Their hormone replacement works wonders. They want patients to be informed and ask a lot of questions, which I find helpful. The negative reviews seem to be about having to do the work of knowing your health history and answering questions. Grow up. Getting healthy takes work, and takes time. I never leave poor reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience for other women looking for the upmost care. Booking/scheduling/front desk and assistant staff was just fine. But my experience as a new patient with Nurse Practitioner Kendra was not great. I had come in with a hormone test I recently completed the month before with my primary doctor, and was told we would need to repeat testing in a different protocol - which I can understand.
