Always a positive experience. Dr. Torre is wonderful and very thorough, and her office staff is great! I appreciate them all!
The providers are professional and although are very good, the MA’s this evening were very unprofessional, broke all sorts of infection control protocols, the MA attempting to draw bloodwork literally told my daughter, “I cannot do it you did not have water today, can’t find your vein”, I was appalled there are 2 Indian ladies there that made our visit so horrific, they left a previous patients’ urine sample on the ledge with an opened top in the bathroom with her full name on display, totally violating HIPPA, not even sure ... read more
THERE IS AN MA WITH HIJAB WHO RUSHED ME OUT OF THE OFFICE WHILE I WAS GETTING DRESSED CLEANING UP WITH GLOVES WALKING AROUND NOT CHANGING THE GLOVES. I was the last patient of the day AND I FELT THAT EVERY MIN OF IT. Kayla is amazing but the MA’s NEED RETRAINING. Also THEY LEFT A PATIENTS URINE OPEN ON THE BATHROOM LEDGE AND WHEN I TOLD THE MA ABOUT IT SHE TOLD ME SHE KNWS AND SHUNNED ME AWAY. I didn’t even feel comfortable to put my bra back on I wanted to rush out. HORRIBLE
