Dr Pennant is unlike most western medicine doctors! She actually gives you time and listens! Over insurance issues, she received a one star from others in her review section which is so unfair. This office is so proactive that I have a real relationship with my GYN doctor and staff! I love them all! Check out Dr Pennants credentials and don’t make a decision based on anything else! She’s smart, caring, never ever condescending and has great follow up!! Book your appointment and meet her yourself!

The doctor is nice, but Im not sure knowledgeable enough about perimenopause and menopause. I was with the practice for over a year, and I was thrown on an estrogen in which the doctor didn’t give me direction on which type of estrogen to go with. She left it up to me to decide on type and when I asked the differences in the formats, she said whatever one you wanna do. Not helpful at all. Do not use their new concierge services. I saw someone post a positive review about them and that they now offered concierge services for self pay. Now I wonder if it wasn't an employee or friend who wrote the comment. I had an issue I wanted a referral for and paid the $350 for an appointment. I told them I didn't want a pap but the woman who gave me a gown said it was included and I might as well do it. Very poor management. Allowed me to schedule an appointment as a new patient and I was told they accepted my insurance. A week before the appointment I get a call informing me they no longer accept any insurance and I would have to be self-pay. Apparently office policy changed within two months of me scheduling the appointment. I had to take time off work the appointment. Their excuse is that they send out emails, which I never received.
