Loveeeee this place
Overall the gym is clean and everything is new. Some instructors are definitely nicer than others while some stare at you the whole time and judge. Some members are happy and some are miserable and judgemental too. This is an extremely small space to work out so if you are big on energy interactions I would choose wisely. A LOT of judging going on hence the fact this is supposed to be a judgment free zone. The idea of joining a women's only gym was to run from the chaos at big box gyms. Super clean, spacious and inviting! Have an array of classes being held and awesome pricing. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, Kiki lead me through signing up and was great!
Femme a fitness facility for women only. I got a tour of the place it was clean and few years ago remodeled. I wanted to join, did all the paperwork etc but decided not to when I noticed how complicated it was to take a class… you have to reserve spot, I understand, place is small. If you’re late 5 minutes there’s a charge, if you can’t make it to class you have a timeframe to cancel or you get charged a fine.
