I’ve been going consistently for some time now, thankfully! But it’s all thanks to coach Crys!! She has a such a pleasant vibe and energy when walking into her project AM classes! It makes working out fun even for 6am 😅 and everybody else is super nice! So happy I found Femme!
Been going here regularly for over a year and a half. Equipment is clean and well-maintained. The staff are really nice and even took my song requests a few times when I forgot my earphones 🤣 . Everyone keeps to themselves really, and at most just politely ask if someone's using a piece of equipment. Literally zero judgement bc no one cares, at most just quiet admiration of others' progress. Perfect etiquette/atmosphere here in my opinion.
I joined this gym a few months ago with my teenage daughter and we’ve both had a great experience. From day one, we felt so comfortable and welcomed. The girls at the front desk are always attentive and helpful, which makes a big difference every time you walk in. The gym is always clean, and the overall atmosphere is amazing-positive, motivating, and empowering.
