The front desk young lady Kiki was such a pleasant person. I loved her energy! She was able to answer everything I was asking and it showed she had great knowledge of what she was saying. Thanks to her, I was able to have a better understanding of how the classes operate & decided to join the gym w/the 6month membership option. Thanks Kiki! You Rock! I Loved her energy and enthusiasm!

Officially started my fitness journey & used my free day pass for a class with Crys Otero. It was phenomenal, everything & more. She makes getting out of bed super early to workout before work worth it. Energy was amazing down to the playlist. Front Receptionist was a sweetheart! Also so close to home, a gem! Will definitely be coming back consistently.

I started going last November. At first I took baby steps with a one day free pass, then a 7 day pass, then I took the plunge and signed up for a 6 month membership! The front desk ladies are super friendly and helpful. I love all the classes and the instructors keep it fun and new every time. I especially enjoy taking Sarah's Zumba class. The members are so respectful and sweet. I have never been to a gym before where everyone cleans their mats after use! I love this all-women’s fitness center. The trainers and reception staff are wonderful, the morning classes are intense in the best way, and the trainers really pay attention to form and progress. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. I only wish I had joined sooner.

Very dirty gym, the management is awfully rude and disrespectful to the clients. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of your time and money.
