I love the classes here! In particular Noelle's yoga (vinyasa flow) class on Wednesday nights.
I joined (yay), prices are reasonable and great classes. Styku available. 😁
The best gym in New Jersey! Feels extremely comfortable because it's obviously all women. The equipment is all up-to-date so you have everything you need. The staff is very accommodating to any request. Feels like a little family!!
