I started going to Femme Fitness as I saw a friend post about it online, and was intrigued. I am on a journey to get physically stronger after learning about the importance of resistance training for women, especially as we get older. Femme Fitness has been a great place to achieve my goals and I love the classes. I've always found classes more motivating than trying to exercise/train alone. The Femme trainers and community have made me fall in love with my new healthy life. So supportive and encouraging. The best place to start if you want to turn your life around - highly recommend their 8 week challenge!

After having my 4 kids I was stuck in a rut of not exercising or looking after myself. I found Femme fitness and it ticked all the boxes. It allows me to train and get a really good work out in while my kids are able to play in the kids play area with other kids. The trainers are motivating, understanding and informative, the other members are also lovely and friendly. I feel so much stronger and happier both physically and mentally since coming here.
FEMME is the ultimate gym/fitness class for busy mum’s trying to get an epic workout into their busy day. Beautiful & supportive trainers who care about your progress is added bonus. I cannot thank Nikki & the team more for helping me achieve a healthy relationship with fitness and mindset post baby.
