Everyone was very welcoming, facility was super clean, and the class was fun.
Instructor was very informative and inclusive, everyone is so nice and all the classes are good for anyone to start. The building is also very cute, clean and inviting.
Staff and members were all super helpful. It was physically very challenging but I did not injure myself and I feel the muscle use the day after in a good way. It's a very welcoming place to take classes and it was fun too!
I’ve been attending Femme the last few years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The staff and clients create a welcoming, supportive environment where we all celebrate each other’s progress, no matter where everyone is in their practice. The workouts are a fun, creative, and challenging way to build strength and flexibility, and I always leave feeling accomplished. The sense of community here is unmatched, and I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a unique, rewarding workout!
