I’ve been attending Femme the last few years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The staff and clients create a welcoming, supportive environment where we all celebrate each other’s progress, no matter where everyone is in their practice. The workouts are a fun, creative, and challenging way to build strength and flexibility, and I always leave feeling accomplished. The sense of community here is unmatched, and I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a unique, rewarding workout!

I’ve tried this place a few times now and really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, every time I come I feel as if I’m unwelcome even in intro classes. Today at the open house event I was most bothered at others taking videos with me in them without my permission. It’s a shame because I think it would be cool to learn how to dance in this way but I think I’m done giving this place any chances.

I’ve been coming here for a little over 3 years, it’s by far the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. Going to the “regular gym” was always difficult, but these classes are never boring. Highly recommend Sassy Silks, LyraLux and Poleography. It’s affordable and fun to try out, and makes for an amazing weekly getaway even for the busy mom I am. I really enjoyed taking a class here! The instructor was kind and detailed and really made us all feel comfortable. It was an empowering and fun experience! I hope to return soon :)
