I had acupuncture to help relieve stress and cupping and massage for upper back/shoulder/neck pain and it was amazing! I have complete faith in Phillippa - she's a registered nurse so she knows what she is doing, I'm wouldn't trust anyone else. The acupuncture wasn't painful at all, Phillippa made the vibe very calming which always helps. I asked questions about the science/physiology behing it and she was really knowledgeable.
