Dangerous, sloppy care. This clinic is guilty of gross medical negligence and patient abandonment. They received definitive proof that I am in a serious, critical condition and actively deteriorating, yet they completely ignored life-threatening test results without a single follow-up. Instead of adjusting dangerous, contraindicated medications, they chose to 'soft-dump' me by pushing my care out for over half a year. Pushing an actively deteriorating patient away for six months is a direct threat to human life.
Dr. Showole is guilty of negligence and abandonment. He prescribed Valsartan without proper alpha blockade for a patient with documented calcified aortic/renal plaque causing complex renovascular sympathetic overdrive and stenosis on a damaged heart. I have catecholamine cardiomyopathy (EF 54%, enlarged left atrium, triple regurgitation), high Apolipoprotein B (287 mg/dL), systemic inflammation, and dense shadowing calcified plaque in the mid/distal abdominal aorta and over the renal contours. Dr Showole is a new physician to me. He was aware of my medical history, listened and answered questions completely and with my concerns in mind. His plan going forward is a good one. I am happy to see him as my new primary cardiologist.
