Love my tuftop. Customer service is amazing.
After ordering some parts for my Tuff Top, I called back to change it. By doing that I created a challenge which was remedied by a cheerful Laura B. who fixed it, though not her fault. She even took the time to include a note explaining what she had done. Responsive, friendly & helpful; all positive attributes to have in customer service. Thank you Laura!
