I absolutely love the doctors here, especially Dr. Bass, but the front office and triage experience could really use some improvement. The triage nurse took my blood pressure and then told me to remove the device myself and wait in the front. Her attitude felt more like she was doing me a favor than providing patient care. And be prepared to wait — 45 minutes seems to be the minimum every time. 😩 I honestly keep coming back because I truly love Dr. Bass, but the administrative and triage experience definitely takes away fro... read more
I like the telehealth when there is follow up needed with the doctor. It’s more convient then having to drive to the office.
Dr. Bass and his assistant Emily are wonderful. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and meet the need of his patients. I have been going to him for many years. The staff is also Great!
Dr. Bass, Emily and his staff are all wonderful! Friendly, professional and there is never a long wait. The office is clean and I always feel comfortable.Definitely recommend.
Clean place friendly staff. They always greets you so warm feels like family. Dr Bass cares about the whole woman. Family, career, health and everything between. Make you feel comfortable talking to him
