Very professional, best customer service!!!
Worst experience ever . I ordered a med for my mother who lives abroad and was sent an extra large . It took 3 months and many many ridiculous interactions with the ‘customer service ‘ to send me the correct size . The man I spoke to ( Isaac) had no interest in rectifying the situation in a timely manner even though I made him aware my mother was sick . I finally got the correct size in late September ( original order was the beginning of July ) and then Spent $35 to ship the item to my mother . This Item is ridiculously ove... read more
I could never get hold of them then when I did I was treated so rude. I bought two things from you and they was wrong size so wanted refund and she was very rude. I will never buy anything off of you all again. I will never recommend you all at all. Thanks anyway, Rocky Burns
