small African store with African food and spices this is a very small African store with African foods and spices, store owner from Nigeria, I heard of this from African friends, I wanted some palm oil, palm oil is said to be good for eyes, because of the high vitamine A, I did get palm oil. but they don't have much variety of fresh vagitables, but plantines yams are available, there are also frozen fish, yam flouer. and several other dry or frozen leaves (such as jute leaves), which Afriucan use as spices.
They are always awesome and friendly and have several of the foods my wife needs to cook her meals from Brazil.
