Ernesto is very professional he was the only company that was prompt and came out to the property for a free estimate and his price was very reasonable. Daniel who seemed to be one of the lead builders was a bit rough around the edges getting into a brief dispute with my father in law but everyone else was very polite and accommodating. I was searching for a fence company to replace our aging privacy fence. I contacted Ernesto of Femar Fence, and discussed my plans at our home. He came in with a better estimate and assured me he could handle our concerns. Well, he and his staff managed every facet of the contract with exacting detail. I’m a Sr. Project Manager/consultant myself and they exceeded our expectations.
The technicians and customer service representatives at Femar Fence were top-notch. After the repairs were completed, the foreman stopped by to inspect the work and even called me to ensure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond by fixing a section of the fence that wasn’t included in the original estimate. Best of all, their pricing was very reasonable.
My mom and I needed to install a new fence on our property after our last one collapsed following a tree removal. We have a dog and the open space posed a major safety risk. We reached out to several companies for estimates but none of them compared to Femar Fence. Our experience with Femar was excellent from beginning to end.
