We've always had a good experience taking a vehicle to Femal's Auto Body. Scott has always gotten our vehicle in right a way so turn around time is fast and if any problems arise it's handled in a professional way. Without question we will continue to do business with Femal's.
We were refered to Femals by American Family Insurance to repair my Jeep which had deer damage last Fall. They took shortcuts in repairing my vehicle, took American Family for 3500 bucks and did not followup with us. What they told American Family what they were going to do to make it right with me, they didnt do, they just painted over the side of my jeep and didnt take care of the metal. 2X they had my vehicle, they told me and American Family they were going to repair it.. and they didnt!!I am appalled they would treat pe... read more
