I joined FOFF a few weeks ago and was addicted from the first time I met Kelli, had my body scan, and did my first workout. I've been a part of many exercise 'classes' in different types of gyms over 30 years and have never come across such an all-encompassing group exercise program. Kelli is possibly the most professional trainer I've come across and she 'loves her ladies'. MOST importantly, the way the classes are 'choreographed', it's impossible to get bored - I've been to eight sessions and have not done the same routine... read more
