I started coming to the Female Physio Co as part of my plan to manage Endometriosis. I am so happy and grateful for the referral! Liz is so personable, and brought me so much comfort throughout my journey. She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. My body doesn’t feel like a stranger anymore! I’m now at a point where I no longer need physio visits. I never thought I would be here! My pain is minimal and manageable when it arises. I am so thankful for Liz every single day! She is a good huma... read more

I can’t recommend Female Physio Co enough! Erin is a fantastic physio – she explains everything so clearly and I’ve honestly never felt as supported by a physio as I have with her. Before coming here, I had no idea how to properly prepare my core and pelvic floor for pregnancy (I didn't even know it was a thing!), but now I feel super confident moving forward with my pregnancy thanks to the protocol Erin has given me. The Pilates classes are also amazing. I’ve been taking the pregnancy classes with Marlee and she’s an excell... read more

This centre is your place for all things pregnancy and postpartum! Hayley at the reception is always so lovely and makes me feel welcome. Emmi who did my pelvic physio assessment pre and postpartum did a great job. When I was pregnant, I went to have a massage too. An absolute lifesaver! Oh and they do Mums and bubs pilates too. It's super chill, so no need to worry if your LO cries. I so appreciate it as a new mum. All in all I recommend this centre 10/10!

Highly recommend. The girls helped me with my c-section recovery and returning to reformer Pilates. I went at 3 months PP and wish I had seen them sooner. I felt so supported, they even cuddle your Bub when they start crying during an appointment or Pilates class. The best!!

My baby moved from a posterior position to an optimal fetal position after a 1 hour session with Liz at 36 weeks pregnant. She identified that my TFL muscle was tighter on one side and was able to release it. She also did internal pelvic floor releases noticing that my left side was a bit more tight. After balancing my body my baby has moved over night which is such a relief. This will help me have a faster and less painful birth. Liz is so knowledgeable & helps you feel calm & respected throughout. Thanks Liz!
