Highly recommend this clinic and especially Ashley. Super helpful with postpartum issues and answering random questions without making me silly for asking! Only wish I’d checked them out while pregnant to get the incredible support earlier!

Highly recommend this physio. I first saw Erin 6yrs ago with my first pregnancy and she is just as helpful, kind and professional now with physio support for my current pregnancy. The practice is a warm and welcoming space for women – I have felt very supported there.

I have a seen a few physios here over the last few years for birth prep, pregnancy pain, general postpartum recovery and other general physio queries/return to exercise. They all have been exceptional, friendly and I have felt listened to and sent off with a great plan tailored to my needs. Highly recommend!
