Coming to this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The community is great and every trainer is so kind and helpful! I didn’t have any experience before coming here and they have never made me feel bad about that. My body and mind are thanking me with each week I come here! Love this place!!!

A wonderful gym with wonderful trainers and clients. Classes are challenging, fun, and I can clearly track my progress - I am so much stronger than when I started! Everyone is super lovely and welcoming, strong recommend.
Perfect place for woman to learn and practice strength-based training – lots of different classes to take each day from early morning to evening. Lots of room to spread out and have your own weight rack. No judgement ever and trainers are always willing to help or modify when needed.
So happy I found this gym! The coaches are great and it’s truly a community. I’ve been going for over a year now and look forward to my classes each week!
