My parents house partially collapsed due to a flood. Our insurance rejected the claim due to lack of flood insurance(not in flood zone). FEMA inspectors refused to inspect house due to house being condemned. Gave my parents the run around for 4 months and finally gave them the same amount as others with not nearly as much damage and didnt have to relocate or pay rent.
