Wonderful food! We had eaten Fema's at many Alton High Athletic Banquets & really enjoyed it, so when my daughter started planning her wedding reception Fema's was our first choice to cater. And they did not disappoint. We had the bbq pork steaks, fried chicken, cheese tortellini and cheese potatoes plus all of the extras the provide. Everyone we talked to at the reception raved about how delicious everything was. I have gone to the store for their fresh meats and pasta and also been at functions that were catered by Fema's. Everything is great especially their italian sausage.
