Laurel has been great in giving me hope that the changes I’ve experienced in my core and pelvic floor postpartum don’t have to be permanent. Laurel was highly recommended to me by a friend, and my experience with her has been amazing! She is very knowledgable and professional. She has taken the time to develop a pelvic floor strengthening plan that caters to my individual needs. She is quick to answer emails and to provide support in between appointments. I also really love the easy to follow along specific exercise videos that I can reference during the week. I definitely recommend Laurel for all your pelvic floor/ postpartum needs!
Laurel is amazing. Down to earth, understanding and easy to understand. I am grateful for her and for having her in our community. We need to build more awareness around pelvic health and be empowered to seek care that meets you where you are.
