Aaron C. From Felts came out today to install all new hardware for our house today. He was courteous and professional and explained everything thoroughly. He cleaned up after himself and was very friendly. I would recommend Felts for all your lock needs. Quality work, quality hardware.

Felt's is the BEST! From scheduling an appointment for service through Karen, who could not have been nicer, to our service Tech, Ron we were very pleased. Ron was pleasant, professional and did a great job. We have used Felt's in the past and would recommend them.
Except for the very pleasant and professional Heather, this business was a nightmare to deal with. The techs were absolutely awful. No call to me about where they were at with my job. When I did call towards closing time, the guy acted like I was bothering him. If they had listened to me to begin with, I wouldn't have had $1000. in car rental cost and the cost of towing to the shop, in addition to the work they did on my vehicle.
