I have lived in Santa Cruz County for almost 40 years and I visited this store for the first time today needing 4 metric bolts. It instantly reminded me of many hardware stores I went to a kid growing up with. The nice lady at the counter helped me find their metric bolts and despite the selection being limited, I got exactly what I needed. Well stocked store ran by the kindest people. Not only are they well stocked and organized, they're priced better than Ace down the road. If you have a niche item you can just call them, too, before you head over.
Always friendly and helpful. Every interaction with the owners is pleasant. Purposely go here instead of Home Depot etc, when I can!
This place is the best. Don't be fooled by the small storefront- They have masterfully organized the space and have on hand at least two of everything you could possibly need. Building supplies, nuts and bolts, tools, specialized fasteners, Rain Bird hoses and emmiters, bird feeders, waterproofing spray, deck stain, bungee cords, wheel barrows, rakes shovels, brooms, paint brushes, and customized interior paint.
