In the short time my father-in-law has been a resident here, the support our family has received has been truly remarkable. The staff has been compassionate, patient, and incredibly responsive during a very difficult transition. What truly sets this community apart is that it is family-owned, not corporately run… and it shows. Terrible , terrible! I went to do an interview and I been waiting for an hour. The administrator stop the interview, she didn’t really let me talk she talked over me the whole time. Then I had to go back because the administrator told me to talk to another lady so they basically wasted my time for 3 days.
