I would give Brett Felton and his entire team a million stars if I could. I have seen them for years as my regular dentist and always had a great experience but this past weekend they went above and beyond. I was in such a horrible amount of pain I thought I was headed for the ER over Labor Day weekend. I ended up calling the emergency line and promptly received a call from Dr Felton, who got me in within 30 minutes of opening the next day. I lost a crown (to a caramel). I waited a few months until my fall checkup to tell Dr. Felton. (I recommend telling him right away) Well, in the interim my teeth had shifted so try as he could Dr. Felton was not happy with the way my old crown was seating (neither was I). He told me I should have a new crown prepared. I have been with Dr. Felton since he took over the practice from Dr. Zahn, and Dr. Felton has never given me any BS about my teeth and my dental care.
