He's a casual sort of fella and was extremely knowledgeable, listenening to what our needs were and recommending a similar marginally smaller capacity set as a viable alternative to the set we'd been looking at priced, at the lower end of our price range. Bought a dishwasher and never worked properly. Called many times just to have them give advise over the phone to fix the problem. Never worked. Then to schedule to fix it was weeks to get anyone to look at it. I'll call someone else. They dont stand behind their appliances.

Highly recommend! I purchased a new washing machine and will be coming back for any future appliance purchases. I was helped by Vern, the owner, while in the store. He was so knowledgeable and honest. I learned a lot actually about how to properly use a washing machine to help it last longer. It was a great experience. Don’t shop anywhere else!
