I called Felton 7-10 times for 7 years. He DOES NOT RESPOND! Now my evaporative coil & it's motor are Covered in MOLD. THE WHOLE UNIT DOES NOT WORK! He has again not responded to my PLEAS FOR SERVICE. The drainage pan has leaked into my living room and the garage wallboard is falling on my head. It is 95 degrees and I am 80 years old. I paid him THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and he does not service (repair) this mess.
I call them because of their excellent workmanship and prompt service. We are very happy with Trane products they provide
