Super service! Pour un changement de pièce dans l'unité extérieure de ma thermopompe. Malgré les délais du fournisseur, Felteau m'a donné un excellent service. Les deux techniciens qui sont venus (un pour le diagnostic, un pour la réparation) sont supers! La pièce commandée était sensé prendre une semaine pour arriver, mais elle est arrivée le lendemain de la commande. Et j'ai eu un rendez-vous deux jours plus tard, je m'attendais à un délai beaucoup plus long. Tout est parfait, je recommande à 100% :)
