I was nervous about this place at first, being in the middle of nowhere and all, but it was awesome. We were the only people in the parking lot which was cool. Bathrooms, trashcans, picnic tables. Opted to sleep in the car cause of the wind but there was a big grass field with beautiful flowers. Awesome birds and stars at night too. Sunrise was lovely.
Simple, easy, & quiet overnight crossing OK and avoiding TX.
We stayed 1 night in our camper Dec 23. Sign said 1 night stays. Put toilet, fire circle and picnic tables. Clean and quiet. No Verizon signal. Amazing sunset!
