My name is Nabeel Althalaya. I can’t believe it. This office refused service for my daughter because how she look racism still exist a young Muslim girl been denied to serviced her by the staff and the doctor no explanation for the rejection of the service. I try to speak with the office manager they refuse to talk and They hung up in my face more than once I tried to call again and again no luck.

Before being allowed entry into the building you must call the office for them to unlock the door. Found that to be odd, when we called we were put on hold and had to wait several minutes. I decided not to wait and walked up to the front door with my handicap brother and elderly mother, when someone was exiting we entered. Upon arrival at the office wait room. OUTSTANDING doctor and staff. I have anxiety going for any surgical/dental experience; but not so with Dr. Felsenfeld. I always feel comfortable and safe in this office, and highly recommend Dr. Felsenfeld to you.
