I described my issue. The staff repeatedly told me I needed to get help out of state, it wasn't a civil rights issue and that they weren't accepting new litigation. All three were false. I was told by several attorneys to find a Federal attorney HERE, not elsewhere. It is 100% a civil rights issue and that insult that it is not is silly. I don't believe the line about 'new litigation' either because they were very willing to listen to the story before saying 'oh, we aren't taking new cases though'.
