Bloody nightmare gp.No longer able to book appointment on phone with the newly introduced system, rude staff and being rushed off the phone. Needs to be shut down!!

don’t bother with this practice unless you want issue after issue we have attitude from staff and very little help from medically trained staff at the practice. Being held to ransom over Medication unless you do as they say when they say the practice is a joke you can’t complain other than going through to the practice manager who quite clearly tells you straight she doesn’t care about our complaints receptionists making the decisions whether you can see a doctor when they are not medically trained, there is no patient Docto... read more

Absolutely useless and yet again was interrupt in the call many times didn't even finish conversation then was hung up on thay never give you the right information and tell you it's your fault it's not the first time I've have gone trough this ever

If you want the worst service and GP surgery around, just enrol with this surgery. Never coordinated and not friendly, they toss you around like they own your time and life. I’m leaving, bye to time wasters.
