We have used Fells Electrical for all our electrical work for 15 years since we moved into this area. For years they were great. Reliable and great work we would not have thought of using anyone else. This week my husband has called them 3 times left 2 messages and nothing. The Customer Service has totally gone out of the window. We are now trying to find someone who will respond to us. Will never use Fells Electrical again

They Quoted a switchboard and meter relocation, and bumped up the price stating the mains needed replacing. Wrong. It was new.
Spectacular service and communication. We are so impressed with the service, the communication, the professionalism and the follow up. Over all 5+ stars, we have to say that people living in this area are luck to have this level of excellence and commitment from the people from Fells! Highly recommended.
