I would give ten stars if I could. The staff here is fantastic. Professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely caring. From Kim at the front desk, (I hope I remembered your name correctly), to all the nurses, Kate was my nurse, (again I hope I am correct) to all the Doctors and staff including the maintenance staff for keeping such a clean and sterile environment. Come here for an appointment at 11. I arrive at 10:22 was all checked in by 11 then sat in waiting room for 2 and half hrs not even in pre op yet this place is total bullshit
Excellent experience!! I had to get a procedure done on my knee and every person there, from the receptionist, to the nurses, to the Drs were exceptional. I couldn't have had a better experience. Dr. McMillan explained in detail my procedure, The Anesthesiologist explained the meds they would be giving me and the nurses made me comfortable and calm. I would recommend this Surgical Center to everyone I know. Kudos to Nurse Beverly and Nurse Heather. Thank you!!!
Thanks to Kristen very professional and happy front desk nurse that made my intake for surgery less stressful. Thank you for your awesome service. We need more like you in the health field. Coming from a person also in the health field. Keep up the amazing work. And again thank you. Also, Erika thank you for getting me comfortable and prepped for surgery. Very pleasant young lady. I have one word for this establishment, Extraordinary! From the staff at the front desk, then the pre- op staff, to meeting Dr. Milind Patel! He was so soothing and so kind and most of all , he got the job done and I didn’t feel a thing!!! Thank you so much everyone!!
