I’m honestly not sure what all the bad reviews are about, because the person who helped me last night, Nelson, was God sent. My daughter and I were on the 401 when my car broke down around 10pm. I tried calling a couple of places with no luck, but Nelson picked up right away when I called Fellows Towing. He was calm, kind, and reassuring, and he sent Frank and another gentleman out right away. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have Fellow Towing take care of us. Nelson is honest, compassionate and trustworthy. His help during this very stressful time took a huge load off of us. Thank you Nelson! Not the greatest way to meet but definitely a reason and we are grateful!
I was stuck on the side of the highway yesterday north of Belleville, and CAA Plus was not willing to tow me to Port Hope. The dispatcher had James call me within 2 minutes! He arrived quickly and took great care of me. Thanks so much for the wonderful service!
We do not live in Toronto and were completely dismayed at having a (first time) serious truck and recreational travel trailer incident ( rod, nob and wheel broken off) in the 401 express lanes. This was 0430am! To be honest, was quite a harrowing experience and I was quite scared and nervous by the traffic whizzing by and so very close to us! Really a life saver!!! , they provide very competitive rates, 10 out of 10 service, we had 2 trucks stuck this past week because of the snow, and these people really saved us. will definitely recommend.
