He's Great.
John Fellows mislead us by indicating his services would be eligible for an insurance claim when they were not. Our claim was denied with Great West Life because he is NOT a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, the regulating body for social workers in Ontario. Although he may have a M.S.W. he is not a registered social worker. When we tried to contact him regarding this, he avoided all communication.
