I must say after 40 yrs with our dentist (Family) now retired it was a very hard decision where to go or what to do! When we originally called they were great no problem setting us all up to transfer over and have been pleased since! Have had all the docs. and no doubt we are pleased. We have experienced an emergency situation and had Dr. Lohr on call and he was amazing, did everything to comfort and help my husband until we got in to see him and the day of experience NO COMPLAINTS! Very Rude Place , I Called To Try And Make An Appointment For My Daughter , Lady Answered The Phone Very Rude & Asked What Type Of Insurance Do We Have And Before I Could Finish Saying Anything , She Said “We Dont Take That Thank You” And Hung Up Very Nasty Attitude. Glad I Didnt Make An Appointment At All!
This place is amazing! Staff are all fantastic! My whole family goes there, and I recommend them to everyone! Whoever said they got the worst dental service on the last review is absolutely insane. I have never been happier! My son says they have "magic powers" as he never feels that pinch of the needle! We are convinced the dentists are wizards lol!
