Great Attorney I was referred to Jonathan Fellner, Attorney at Law through a friend who knew him personally. My friend actually shared my experience of receiving a ticket which I thought was racial profiling. I live and work in Bethesda, Md . I received a $80 ticket while I was riding my bicycle. The officer told me I could not ride my bicycle on the side walk as others where riding right by me and the officer.
