Service person arrived on time, was friendly and thorough, explained things clearly.
James was great. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and that would be needed. He was personable and friendly as well.
Prompt and professional
Excellent service! James was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He was happy to explain what he was doing and the things he was able to do to complete overdue maintenance and replace a failed pump. Feller did a great job installing the heat pump and their maintenance service is excellent as well. Definitely recommend
