Bought a new to us home and could smell gas by furnace so called Feller for a service check. They were able to come same day and Matt came out and did a maintenance service and found a couple leaks which he fixed. He was able to also give his co worker the pics and info on our unit to get pricing on adding sir condition to our system...received a very detailed and informed estimate on that cost and will proceed with that recommend ation in coming months. I scheduled an appointment because one of my air conditioners was sending out warm air. the appointment was easy to schedule and my technician was early! He was amazing! such attention to detail to make sure that everything was working properly, including my other units. He cleaned the outside unit until it looked like new!! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why and cleaned up after himself! Can’t say enough about what amazing service I had and just in time for the heat wave!
Service person arrived on time, was friendly and thorough, explained things clearly.
James was great. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and that would be needed. He was personable and friendly as well.
