Dr. Boucher, Whitney, Isabella(?), and Racheal were amazing. They took extremely good care of me. The kindness, understanding, precision, and just overall good vibes really helped me to feel I made the right decision in coming to their practice. Dr. Boucher bought my medications, they provided a conplimentary lunch, and he even drove me to my air bnb because I don't have a car (I'm from the midwest). Feller & Boucher, where do I start.To begin, let's discuss transparent, as it is essential for everyone to understand how to approach hair transplant surgery. I have had two prior transplants at different facilities, I underwent my third transplant at this location. I was young, immature, and inexperienced, and I lacked the knowledge to determine whether I was a suitable candidate for another hair transplant. I had a procedure here about a year ago. I’m writing a review because I think Dr. Bloxham is an upstanding professional, who showed genuine consideration towards me as a client. He’s a good guy. Medical procedures by their nature are never a certainty but Bloxham handled my case and eased my concerns with grace and expertise that comes only from years of experience being a devoted leader in this field. Dr. Bloxham is a genius at his craft… Focusing on details that so many other places miss, his biggest gift is that he has the heart of a teacher and not a salesman, which was a BIG deciding factor for me to choose him. Never pushy or aggressive, always informative and honest about my situation. His staff was extremely friendly and took good care of me. Post care plan was very helpful and easy to understand. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a hair transplant!!!
