To book an Appointment for the baby over the phone, waited for more than 3 hours and that’s second time that happened. It’s really poor service. I was in queue in phone call for almost 3 hours, and never got a response from the other side. It’s the worst place, I won’t ever give at least 1 star.

Update after further visits - it's getting better! Such a disappointing waste of time. It took me 30mins waiting on telephone to get an appointment - fair enough, it's Winter and people are poorly. When I arrive for my appointment on time, I can't get in - their 2 front doors on Durham Road are locked with no sign on them telling me what to do. Econsult is fab and gps very polite, but cant understand why it asks which gp you would prefer to then be only given options of anyone but that gp? And in some cases a trainee gp. My mental health leaves me fearful of making appointments and on top of that with male gps. Its overwhelmingly upseting at times! Being of a certain age some of my problems I would prefer a female qualified gp I have seen before who I know and trust and feel I can be open with, but over the past few months that has just not happened and feel like i... read more
