I've been involved in sports for about 40 odd years, CrossFit for 10 plus. With work I get to 'drop in' to a bunch of places and Fell CrossFit is one of the best I've ever been too. Two great sessions, with two top coaches, who's experience, passion and great communication, provide me with new ideas and insights. I did a private PT on BMUs which was superb, really nailed where my weaknesses are, Chelsea has a great eye for technique and cool way of nudging you in the right direction. Gorgeous gym, amazing coaching, will be back again next time in the lakes
Great CrossFit gym in Kendal. Did a drop in class, good equipment, location, and vibe. Caz, the teacher, was very good ! Clear instructions, helpful and encouraging.
Fab place for a drop in, really friendly peeps, and there is a cafe next door too!
Visited here for a week while over travelling. Great gym, friendly atmosphere and made to feel welcome.
