I called this morning to get my car towed to the service shop where I purchased my vehicle at. The guy was nice at first, asked yt? he location of my car and where was it being towed to. I gave him both addresses, and then he says "I can't do that." and then immediately hangs up the phone. Customer service is everything to me. So needless to say I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone.
