I’m an Interior Designer and used Pollins Upholstery for years. I miss them! Fex is awful! No one speaks English and they make mistakes left and right. I ordered banquette cushions from them for a winery in St Helena and half of the dimensions were wrong. Then I drop off my own kitchen dining chairs. I specifically tell them I don’t want new insert cushions. He uses new insert cushions without me asking. Then the cushions don’t fit on the chairs. Fex Upholstery has given me quite a bit of time in figuring out how to reupholster a leather chair. Orvin has responded within minutes of each of my texts. He has been professional and kind. He answered all my questions and even offered to go with me to the leather store to match the leather if the chair. I am waiting for my daughter to bring the chair from her town. We will definitely ask Orvin to re-upholster the chair when my daughter is able to bring it. I am completely satisfied with Orvin and Fex Upholstery. Thank you!

A pair of buttons on my tufted sofa came off, and Mr. Fez repaired the cushion expertly and quickly while I waited. He did a great job at a very affordable price—highly recommend his services.
I recently had a couple of popped springs on my couch repaired by the lovely folks at Fex Upholstery and had to share just how pleased I was with the service. Quick response, wonderful kind work ethic with great advice offered. Job done in amazing record time. Final product perfect.
